Learning to Play - and Playing to Learn in Innovation

Play is a serious thing these days. Even the largest and most mature organizations are looking to enhance their innovation approaches through ‘playful’ approaches - prototyping, simulating, exploring in an agile fashion.

But alongside the opportunities opened in innovation by learning to play, there is another dimension; using play as a vehicle to help enable learning about innovation. Innovation skills are increasingly important. But how can we enable learning and capability building? There’s a long tradition of using games to help explore and experiment in safe ways and help build skills.

This webinar draws on the work of the GAMIFY project and will look at how games are being used to enable both explorations and learning about innovation.
