A Junior Researcher Activities Coordinator

Someone working/studying in the field of innovation management to help the existing ISPIM team on a part-time basis to grow the ISPIM Junior Researcher activities, including the JR Labs at ISPIM Conferences, and associated online activities.

In collaboration with the existing team members, we need your support to:

  • Connect ISPIM Junior Researchers and strengthen the community through your activities.

  • Plan, promote and execute (onsite or virtually) the Labs in Tallinn in June 2023, Osaka in December 2023 etc.

  • Emphasising the innovative aspects of ISPIM by trying out new things

  • Take care of the ISPIM Junior Researchers by making our events useful and unforgettable experiences for them

It would be great if you:

  • Have a sense of creativity and try to do things differently

  • Know how to get a job done independently and can multi-task flexibly

  • Have experience and understand the importance of online promotion

  • Enjoy bringing people together and have organised workshops or similar in the past

Joining the Team mean that you will:

  • Get to know the global innovation management community from the inside, and become a part of it

  • Join a team that is very friendly and open to new ideas

  • Significantly broaden your network in the innovation management community

  • Attract a salary for about 30 days of annual commitment with all-inclusive travel to selected ISPIM events worldwide

  • Probably be studying and can take on (and benefit from) this extra activity, and probably live in Europe and can commit to 2–3 years in the role.
