Membership Terms

 

  1. All membership applications must be completed online using the provided application forms. Invoices can be paid online using the secure payment processing system using the card payment types listed on the membership form. The secure card processing provider will confirm your transaction by e-mail and ISPIM will confirm receipt of payment by e-mail. Invoices can also be paid by bank transfer as per the details provided on the invoice in question. Bank charges must be paid by the customer. ISPIM does not accept payment by cheque.
     

  2. ​Once ISPIM has received your completed membership application form, you should receive confirmation of receipt by email from ISPIM within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). If you do not receive a confirmation of receipt from ISPIM, please contact us. ISPIM will only confirm membership once we have received payment.
     

  3. ​All membership prices stated on the ISPIM website are in EUR and include handling, delivery and VAT in line with the member’s situation.
     

  4. ​Members will receive the benefits that are due to them as stated in the membership application process at the time of booking.
     

  5. ​Membership is valid for a period of up to one year running from the date of application.
     

  6. ​ISPIM reserves the right to refuse you as a (new) member or as a (new) company listing in the ISPIM Members Section, if ISPIM deems you/ your company to be contrary to the interest of ISPIM as a whole, its members, and users in general.
     

  7. ​As a Member of ISPIM you may not represent ISPIM, or seek to represent ISPIM, without prior written agreement from the ISPIM Board. You may not use, copy or distribute the ISPIM logo or similar intellectual property, without prior written agreement from ISPIM. The only exception to this is documents clearly intended for public dissemination such as a scientific Call for Submissions.
     

  8. ​ISPIM does not accept membership by private individuals. Individual membership refers to one person from a legal entity and organisational membership refers to membership by 3 or more named individuals from a legal entity.
     

  9. ​In principle, ISPIM does not offer refunds on cancelled memberships fees. However, should you feel that the level of services provided to you as a member does not match that described on ispim.org, then ISPIM will refund your payment and cancel your membership if you notify ISPIM of your dissatisfaction within 30 days of your initial payment. This does not affect your statutory rights and obligations.
     

  10. ISPIM will endeavour to respond to all complaints and enquiries arising in conjunction with membership payments within 2 working days.
